Food was under cooked and doughy. They did replace it though when I called.

The pizza is great! Their app needs work, because it doesn't work. The Altoona location was closed Friday night, which is why I had to drive to this one. Fantastic pizza and great service!

I love this restaurant. Not only do the pizzas taste homemade but the pulled pork pizza with pickles is absolutely the best pizza I've ever eaten in my life. Normally I would never order that pizza but somehow I tasted a piece and it was unreal.

Love it!! The grinder was awesome!! Graziano sausage peppers, onions and jalapeno. Yummy!

Finally decided to give northern lights another shot after the ridiculously long wait times. Ordered my pizzas at 6:15p with an ETA of 45 min, got a call around 6:30p because the address didnt save in the system. No problem updated it and contacted the store at 7:30p just to wonder where the pizza is since I only live 3-5 min down the road. They informed me that my pizza would finally be leaving the store shortly. I understand things can get backed up, but for me to wait almost 2 hours to recieve my pizza, with no updates, and a poor estimate of time shows a lack of leadership at the location. Hopefully this review makes it to the appropriate person who can turn this pizza place around. Used to be a wonderful establishment on this side of town growing up but has since gone down hill.

This restaurant is obviously one of the tastiest place in the region. Whenever I come there I am very glad. They manage their high level service and the topmost level of cooking they serve. You are always happy with this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Was put on hold forever, and food was cold the last time I had it. Heard it had a new owner and management so I decided to try again. Food was good, and pizza was on time.

Great pizza, love the garlic butter sauce. Delicious! So happy to not have to turn on the stove/oven in this heat. Thank you Northern Lights for great pizza and delivery. Appreciate you!

We met with friends at this place for lunch. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, it was a winning. the staff were so friendly and we felt fantastic. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

Delicious Pizza Pocket Grinders!

It's good pizza, but it needs more cheese. Their hand tossed crust is great. Husband walked in, ordered it and in about 20 minutes we were gone. $7.99 isn't bad for a large two topping carry out. I'd repeat but ask for extra cheese.

Placed an order twice didn't recieve my food both times, management told me sorry about my bad luck, I will not do business with them again

half the pizza wasn't what it was supposed to be and it was mostly pineapple and ham when we ordered half pineapple and ham half sausage and mushroom and I ended up getting half a cheese pizza on the sausage and mushroom side thin crust was soggy too much cheese

I have Celiac disease. We saw that Northern Lights had gluten-free pizza and I wanted to try it. It was awesome! You couldn't even tell that it didn't have gluten in it! My fiance (not celiac or intolerant) tried it, and he liked it, too! It is cooked on tin foil and not cut in store, but a pizza cutter came with it to avoid cross-contamination as much as possible. If you are Celiac or gluten intolerant, I highly recommend the gluten-free pizza from Northern Lights!

Last time i ordered they came with two pizzas. I said i only ordered one. He said i know the first wasnt up to our standards so we are giving you both. Awesome.

New Management was AMAZING! Friendly staff when I called in to place a carry out order. On a busy friday night with bad weather I could tell they were down some staff who called in.. even so management was cool, calm and collected the store was running smooth. Redeeming!! Breadsticks were the freshest, softest I've ever had, soaked in garlic butter to perfection. I got the Louisiana chicken pizza with the cajun crust and Loved every bite. It was Iowa spicy.. just right! Pizza and breadsticks were still hot and fresh when I got back to my house. Very satisfying!

We have given this place plenty of chances to redeem themselves. So far, they are far from it. When we have placed order, ether online or by phone, we have not received the full order. We ordered 2 lbs of wings and only received 1. This is not the first time this has happened. When we try and call back we are placed on hold for well over 10 minutes without being checked on and eventually hang up because it is a mute point. The food we received was borderline ok. The wings are super soggy and don’t taste good at all. This location needs to either close, or drastic change needs to happen.

We used to order pizza from here all the time. Was one of my favorite places that delivered. But now the last couple times I tried to order was put on hold for 20 minutes. Tonight the same thing happened, so I finally hung up and called another pizza joint. I wonder what the hell is going on. Won't be getting my business anymore anymore.

So now that the Hubbell ave location is back to Corporate owned they Do a great job pizza quality is great The owners son runs this place and they do a great job I quit ordering from this place a couple years ago but am back now and want to praise the quality and friendly staff

Ordered medium works with extra cheese. Some slices had litteraly no cheese on them. You would think it would be easier to cover a medium pizza with cheese than a large, guess not. Paid almost $20 bucks for it too.

Wow. Haven't used Hubbell Location for awhile. The BBQ Pulled Pork add Pickle is amazing. I drizzled a dab of Sweet Baby Rays on top. . First time trying this flavor. Kind driver. It does take a little longer but quality shows. Thanks.

The pizza I order is always good. Staff I have encountered are friendly.Although,im thinking maybe the pans the food are contained in don't always get changed out, or somebody just isn't educated on doing so, which is a necesessity. But my pizza will be replaced.I be goin back, and HIGHLY RECCOMEND NORTHERN LIGHTS PIZZA!!!!

I came all the way from Minnesota to order from my favorite pizza place. They made a mistake and said they will credit me for the mistake then when I called today. First said my number wasn't in the cumputer, then they finally found my order read it back to me incorrect, but said there's nothing they can do. I will never eat her again just because of that. I will take my business else where period!!!!!! Plus the long wait to get it just sucks too

This place is so nasty they fix your pizza with out wearing gloves pizza was not even cooked the sausage was raw they need to be put out of business the way they treat people food do not go to the e25th and Hubble in Des Moines

Great pizza, decent prices and good peoples

Their store opens at 10:00am. I placed an online order at 10:00am for a pickup at 11:00am. I pulled into the parking lot at 10:35 (a little early) and saw no one inside and the doors were locked. A woman pulled up at 10:50am and unlocked the front door. I called the store to confirm my order and she said that her oven was acting up this morning and it would be done in 6 minutes. I walked into the lobby at 11:05am and it took 10 minutes for anyone to come up front. The woman finally did, I paid and then had to wait another 20 minutes to receive my food. She asked if I wanted a couple sodas, which was a nice gesture, but I would've preferred to have my food on time. So ridiculous that there are this many reviews about the same thing and their corporate isn't actively fixing the issue. Will not return to this location.

So glad this store is under new management.. This used to be our go to place until the service went down the tubes.. So happy I can now order from here again!

If you wanna wait 2 hours for your pizza to be delivered cold and then get left on hold when you call to see where your pizzas at this is the place to go. I don't know what happened used to be good service this past year it's gone all the way down hill.

I recently ordered from Northern Lights and let me tell you the pizza I ordered was the best pizza I had in a longgggggg time. No to mention the customer service was excellent and the delivery was right on time. Thank you Northern Lights for making me a happy customer!

Everyone is always so nice pizza is and food is always the best. This northern lights rocks.

We like their pizza, but this time we ordered the scooby item. It was terrible, quality and taste was awful. Very dry and didn't taste fresh. The crust was tasteless. We had to throw out food, yes it was that bad.

Since the restaffing happened awhile ago this location is always on point! Thanks because i missed my NLP!

So I recently lost my debit card. I ordered and called ahead after working a 12H shift. I asked if they were able to accept Apple and they said it would be ok. I went in and noticed it was an older chip reader. The lady swore she used Apple Pay before. Guess I'm not eating tonight! I would've ordered from somewhere else had I known they weren't accepting Apple Pay.. too late to order now.

Poor service! Took 2 hours to get and it was BARELY warm. Scooby snack was very dark - so cooked too long. Tried to call store after an hour and half wait - put on hold for over 20 minutes while other calls were answered first (know this because used another phone to call and that got answered). Lost a customer!
